For 30 years, TEPEDE has been part of a strong European group, bringing together companies in more than 10 countries that specialize in the sale of large-format printing materials, large-format devices, and complete solutions for large-format digital printing.
Task
In collaboration with i-Step communication, we developed a B2B e-commerce solution.
The goal was to create a functional and modern e-shop with extended functionality and synchronization with the Pohoda accounting system.
Design and implementation
The website was custom-built based on a design provided by i-Step agency. Once we received the final materials, we began the website development process.
For the implementation, we used proven tools such as Elementor PRO and the Crocoblock extension. The project also includes a responsive version, SEO optimization, and performance enhancements for fast loading.

02. B2B registration
Since WooCommerce does not natively support B2B functionality, we extended it by adding customer registration and account creation via a custom form.
For this, we used JetFormBuilder, which offers advanced post-submission functionalities.
03. Synchronization: Pohoda WooCommerce
Tepede operates on the Pohoda system, where the entire product catalog, categories, pricing management, and more are maintained.
In collaboration with WooConn, we ensured two-way synchronization of all e-shop elements. Customer accounts are also synchronized, automatically linking orders to invoices.
This eliminates the need for content management from the e-shop side—everything is managed directly in Pohoda.
Synchronized elements include:
- Products (pricing, stock, images, etc.)
- Product categories (hierarchy)
- Product attributes (properties)
- Customer accounts
- Orders (including order statuses)
- Invoices
04. Technologies used
The entire system runs on WordPress CMS. For design and dynamic functionalities, we utilized Elementor Pro and JetEngine from Crocoblock.
For synchronization, we used the WooCommerce Pohoda Connector extension.

Although the website did not undergo full in-depth load optimization, it still received an excellent score from Google.
